Aircraft Part Sales is a Job That Takes Me All over the World

I never dreamed when I went to college for a business degree that I would find my forte in aircraft part sales. I love aviation and if not for terrible eyesight, I would have become a pilot, but parts sales for the big aircraft that fill our skies with happy tourists and business travelers still gets me to some of the most incredibly exotic locations in every corner of the world. Best yet, because the average jet engine weighs several tons, I carry a notebook computer and brochures to show my clients what our company has to offer and not a lot of actual product. I am proud to be a part of an industry whose number one goal is to maintain the safety of pilots, flight crew and passengers worldwide. While being a pilot might have been a dream fulfilled, I love my job and get to meet some awesome people in the aircraft industry.
